Standard Shipping: GLEAMGRIT offers free shipping for all orders worldwide.

Express Shipping: If you want your order to arrive faster, you could choose express delivery and pay $30 per order for shipping.  

Once your order is confirmed successfully, we will complete the processing and delivery within 2 working days.

Import Duties, Taxes On International Shipments

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product and the shipping fee. Your order may be subject to import duties, which will be levied once the package arrive in your country. We can’t be sure whether the package will be subject to import duties. Customs policies vary from country to country and you need to contact your local customs for details.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, the email you provide will receive the tracking number and you could check the logistics status.

Additional Delivery Notes
Germany: No delivery services to P.O. BOX addresses or military addresses.
United Kingdom: Service covers the entire territory but excludes the Isle of Man (IM), Guernsey (GY), Jersey (JE), and military addresses. If a POD signature is required, please select “POD Signature Service” when placing the order. The POD signature service fee is USD1 per shipment.
Austria: POD signature service is provided free of charge.
France: No delivery services to P.O. BOX addresses, military addresses (addresses containing “armee” or “armée” or with postal codes 00100 and 00200), or French overseas territories (postal codes starting with 97, 98, 00).
Israel: Deliveries from 0–5KG are sent to collection points, not door-to-door. Customers will be notified via SMS when the package arrives at the collection point for pickup. No deliveries to areas like Palestine, Gaza, West Bank, etc., (phone numbers starting with 059/056). Amazon warehouse addresses and remote area packages are not accepted. Conditions for phone number prefixes: 00972|0972|+972|972|972 056/+972 056/00972 056/0972 056/056/972 059/+972 059/00972 059/0972 059/059.
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: Amazon warehouse addresses are not accepted. Address changes are allowed with an extra charge for changing the recipient’s city address per package, paid by the Clients. UAE: USD 4 per package; Saudi Arabia: USD 6 per package; Qatar: USD 8 per package; Kuwait: USD9 per package; Bahrain: USD7 per package; Oman: USD9 per package.
UAE: Additional fees for deliveries to remote addresses apply, charged at 2 USD per package. Refer to remote areas like Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Jazirah Al Hamra, Ar-Rams, Khawr Khuwayr, Diqdaqah, Khatt, Masafi, Huwaylat, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Fujairah, etc.
Malaysia: An additional fee of 25 USD per package applies for remote area deliveries.
Sweden, Denmark, Finland: Deliveries are made to collection points, not door-to-door. The recipient will be notified by SMS, email, or public account when the package arrives at the collection point. The free storage period at the collection point is 7 days.
Russia: Deliveries are made to collection points, not door-to-door. Recipients will be notified via SMS, email, or public account when the package arrives. The free storage period at the collection point is 7 days.
