For non-customized handmade products sold on our website, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging intact.
- The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no damage or signs of use.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as order number, purchase date, etc.).
Return and Exchange Process:

- Our customer service team will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm the return or exchange details.
- The return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect product).
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Because customized handmade products are specially designed and crafted to meet your individual needs, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Customized products include:
- Any handmade item made to your specific size, color, or material requirements.
- Personalized designs or customizations explicitly requested in your order.
Exceptions for Customized Products: If your customized product is damaged during shipping or does not match the order description, we will accept a return or exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos and detailed explanations. We will either remake the product or process a return or exchange based on the situation.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds for Ready-Made Products: After we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund process takes 7-10 business days, and the actual time it takes for the funds to reflect depends on your payment provider or bank.
- Refunds for Customized Products: Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or the product does not match the order description.
